I am a Savannah, Georgia engagement and wedding photographer and capturing this session gave me so much joy! Mary and Will’s downtown Savannah, Georgia and Tybee Island, Georgia engagement was a favorite of mine. We started our evening in Lafayette Square in Savannah and ventured out to Tybee Island to stroll the beach at sunset time. The couple wanted a beach vibe and Tybee’s Pier was a perfect spot for photos on the beach. The evening light and soft wind created the best environment for us.
For their Savannah, Georgia and Tybee Island engagement, Mary and Will wanted to incorporate a fun mix of two of their favorite locations for their engagement! The stunning evening light in Lafayette Square gave us the prettiest glow for their photos. I am obsessed with the soft and vibrant color it created! I love incorporating film and digital into my sessions, film captures light beautifully.
The light on Tybee Island was equally gorgeous and the glow coming off the stand dunes was a stunning backdrop. It was hard for me to pick favorite images from this session to share in on blog post! As a Savannah wedding photographer this session was a lot of fun for me and allowed for my creativity to shine. Being a Savannah engagement photographer, having this sweet couple in front of my camera was the best. You can truly see the love they have for each other.
